We understand most customers do not want to be pressurised to make a quick decision, so we are happy to provide accurate costings first before inviting us to your home.
However, if invited to your home we will fully explain things in detail and provide an estimate in writing.
Should you wish to place an order, all paperwork can be completed there and then or forwarded by email or post if you prefer.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
If necessary a final survey will be undertaken by our team foreman.
The order will then be processed for manufacture and as soon as we are notified of shipment, an installation’s date will be booked.
All work is undertaken by Leo and his team.
All unwanted materials will be removed for recycling and the area left clean and tidy.
On completion, you will be invited to inspect the work and asked to make final payment by bank transfer or cash.
