I have waited about a week since having insulated panels replace our old polycarbonate before leaving this review.

We are very happy with the overall experience. There were no pushy sales tactics as I found with some other companies. After contacting with dimensions I received an estimate which I found to be very reasonable. All very simple and professional.

The panels themselves seem to be working great. We have had some sunny days over 20 degree and there is an obvious reduction in heat build up. We can sit in there mid day with the sun overhead comfortably which is a huge improvement on the old poly which was basically a greenhouse.

We have also had some rainy days and they do indeed reduce the sound of the rain noticeably.

It’s summertime so I can’t comment on performance in terms of keeping heat in. I have no reason to believe they won’t be as affective as they are in keeping heat out and reducing noise.

Visually they look much better than the old roof and it feels much more like a proper room. We have definitely been spending more time in there.

The two guys who installed were excellent. I found them to be friendly professional and very respectful. We have a large p shape and it took them about a day and a half to fully complete. The conservatory was left clean inside and out and the quality work looks to be good to me.

They also gave the frames a good clean inside and out.

Overall we have found a great improvement in the usability of the conservatory. Peter is straight forward and responds to emails/calls promptly answering all questions I had. The installation team were really nice hardworking guys, and the pricing was good. I would recommend if you are considering insulated panels.

After 16 years we decided to replace our geriatric polycarb roof and settled on a panel roof. After researching a number of companies we found the quote provided by you to be very competitive and the process from initial contact to survey and installation to run smoothly.

The installers, Leo and Owen, for whom nothing was too much trouble were charm personified. Indeed they offered to secure a loose paved step and to free some conservatory windows that had become stuck for us without being asked. The installation was carried out diligently, tidily and completed to our entire satisfaction. However the day after completion we spotted an issue with the finish that neither Leo or ourselves had noticed. This oversight was flagged up to Peter and to the company’s credit was attended to promptly without fuss. Leo was apologetic on arrival and provided a rectification that even enhanced the visual aspect of the installation.

Despite it being early days, we have experienced both hot sultry days and monsoon type deluges in the interim. It is noticeable how much more comfortable the temperature is in the conservatory now and how conversation can be conducted without the accompaniment of a drum solo!

We are happy with the service provided, so much so that we have passed on their name to a neighbour’s friend.

Our conservatory was soooo cold for most of the year that we rarely used it. With Lockdown we needed to increase space in our house as much possible so opted for insulated panels.

The team came round and gave us the best quote. The panels were installed professionally and with cleanliness.

The door to our conservatory is rarely closed now! We have increased the space we can use. Our living room feels 30% bigger. That’s a result.

We had our polycarbonate conservatory roof panels replaced recently with insulated panels, we are delighted with the result and have been using the room much more.

During the cold days of winter so far it has stayed much warmer. And no more condensation.

We had been a bit concerned that we might lose light, but no problem, and no glare from the sunshine.

The installation team were excellent, very professional, and very helpful.
